A while ago, to address the issue of the admins constantly having to poke ops
to run queries for agent activity report, an automatically-updating list was
made available (to OTRS admins) at
https://ticket.wikimedia.org/otrs/idle_agent_report.
One more common request we ask for is a query for all tickets that are locked,
but belong to invalid (closed) accounts. If this could be incorporated into
the above link - would probably need a page title change - (or a new page is
created specifically for this) that would be helpful to us. Should help ops as
we won't need to poke anybody regularly to ask for this report.
