Steps to reproduce:
1.Open a page with VE
2.Insert a gallery
3.Select the gallery and apply the formated Preformatted and observe the blue
highlight box
4.Deselect and again select the gallery
5.Change the format to Paragraph to Heading and observe the position of the
blue highlighted box
Observed Result:
The highlight box does not get reposition according to the new position of the
gallery.
