Steps to reproduce:
1. Start with a blank page.
2. Go to Page settings.
3. Tick both redirect-related boxes, but don't provide a page name.
4. Apply changes.
Results:
It sets __STATICREDIRECT__, which is not pointful on an otherwise blank page.
