[[mw:Extension:RSS]] has a configurable whitelist. It currently includes
https://blog.wikimedia.org/feed/ for mediawikiwiki, but this directive doesn't
allow feeds such as https://blog.wikimedia.org/c/technology/mediawiki/feed/ to
be included.
