When the file to be uploaded contains a + in it's name, an error is returned:
The file has no extension (like ".jpg").
This is because at some point the + gets translated into a space.
Plus signs in the destination file name work well.
Bug 10787 describes a similar issue though it's not the same problem. However
when fixing this the other bug may be addressed as well.
