there is a table cell like this:

The link should point to the Portuguese Wikipedia, as in e.g.:
<td>Blocked indefinitely.
Reason: Conta de <a href="//pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/WP:CPU"
title="WP:CPU">propósito único</a></td>

If possible, the link should also use the namespace alias and add the
"mw-redirect" class whenever that is appropriated, since on
https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Log?page=User%3ASuporte_Acadêmico&uselang=en
the link is like this:
<a href="/wiki/Wikip%C3%A9dia:CPU" class="mw-redirect"
