We have some bugs in this Bugzilla installation that are pretty old and when
you load them in a Web browser, Bugzilla shouts "NEW" at you in reference to
the bug report. This seems a bit strange. A bug that's several years old isn't
new.
Would it make sense to rename the status to "OPEN"? Or "TICKET"? Or "ISSUE"?
