I tried to block a user on Wikidata, but when I selected a blocked reason, it
pre filled with another block reason in front. When I push the Block User
button, the reason I selected goes into the bottom box, while the textbox jumps
to a different reason and fills it in. It appears that the same reason gets pre
filled every time I block, and there's nothing I can do about it. I've also
reproduced this problem on test wikipedia, so it isn't Wikidata specific.
