gerrit 103239 removes the count of how many rows are actually shown on
Special:Watchlist
A user on de.wp wrotes, that it is now impossible to see, if the watchlist for
the user's time frame and limit is cut of at the limit or if all changes are
within the limit. This can be necessary to find the start point where unseen
changes are, when for example missed looking at the watchlist some days.
