some users have the user preference "rcshowwikidata".
per Ide94af7, we are changing the preference to be "rcshowwikibase" (with
backwards compat)
We may want to run a maintenance script to update preferences on clients. We
have about ~1100 users on enwiki with this preference, for example.
alternatively, we can just update it by running a query, but a simple
maintenance script would be easy to make.
