an index over (gil_wiki, gil_page_namespace_id, gil_page_title) would be very
helpful, since it would allow listing all images used on a given page without
knowing the page's id. This is esxpecially important if retrieving image usage
on several pages on different wikis. Without this index, it would require one
query per wiki. If this index is added, it can easily and efficiently be done
with a single query.
