Testing on https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Talk:Flow_QA i have created a topic
and then edit it. but the edit button was missing until a hard refresh was
preformed. Same issue happened when deleting/undelete and hide/unhide.
This might be related to https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=61836
But should be checked.
