I created new instance i-000000e7.eqiad.wmflabs
it doesn't have /dev/vdb
according to template, it should have 20gb storage, however
Disk /dev/vda: 21.5 GB

vda1 is mounted as / of size 7.4G
vda2 is mounted as /var of size 1.9G
vda3 is mounted as swap of size 1.9G
10G is lost? o.O
this is really weird...
