We use the Greek l10n on our wiki and when someone use ~~~~ it generates
localized signature. This results to an rss feed with <updated> tag to be the
EPOCH (1970-01-01T00:00:00Z).
Example:
Signature: [[Χρήστης:Fredy|Fredy]] ([[Συζήτηση χρήστη:Fredy|συζήτηση]]) 14:52,
14 Φεβρουαρίου 2014 (EET)
RSS feed updated tag: <updated>1970-01-01T00:00:00Z</updated>
