Here is the table layout for the minimal case I could find, resulting in no
border between the values in the third column:

I first noticed this bug in the Venue column between the 30th and 40th rows
here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Academy_Awards_ceremonies.
Although, the comments in the table header seem to indicate that "rowspan" is
only supported on the right most column. Is that a known limitation of sortable
wikitables?
