Possibly we could do this by importing [[MediaWiki:Handheld.css]] and
[[MediaWiki:Handheld.js]], though these are more targeted at the media=handheld
version of the mediawiki installation.
This is needed to give projects more control over their elements. They might
want to not display certain elements specifically in the mobile interface, or
use a different look for certain elements.
