Thanks for the ideas! Is there a specific reason/use-case for changing the
position of some of these UI elements? In RTL languages (e.g., Arabic), the
interface will already be flipped; beyond that, I'm not sure why it would be
helpful for users to be able to move things like the reply button or the
position of the topic metadata. And it might be highly confusing if you're used
to editing on one wiki where the button appears in one place, and then you go
to another wiki where it appears somewhere else entirely....
