et al. lacked the {{Nova Resource}} template which meant that SMW queries such
as those on [[wikitech:Nova Resource:Tools]] didn't show all Tools eqiad
instances, but [[wikitech:Special:NovaInstance]] does.
Apparently, a null-configure seems to update the wiki pages, so doing that at
the moment for all Tools eqiad instances.
