Currently, WikiLexicalData bugs have to be filed as "other", but should be
e-mailed directly to the developers who could take care of them. I suggest:
- Kipmaster (asked to confirm assignment)
- Hiong3-eng5 (asked to confirm assignment)
- and myself
as default bug report receivers.
