Special:DeadendPages collects pages without outbound links. At the English
Wikisource pages in our Page: namespace (id="104") predominantly will NOT have
outbound links, and we instead are swamping/filling that special page with
pages, and it is ineffective for finding pages in all but main namespace.
Is it possible to have that namespace [Page: namespace (id="104")] excluded
from that collection process?
