Hi. Please, temporarily remove account creation limit for pt.wikipedia.
This request is destined to help on this event [1], government page goes here
[2], also reported on pt.wikipedia [3].
The event will last for two days, 13 March and 14 March between 21:00 and 23:00
(UTC) and the lift is required only for those moments.
It is expected that up to 100 people will join the event and account creation
is one of the steps.
I am using one of the computers of the event to place this request and the IP
is '186.193.12.186'. However, I can't guarantee that the same IP will be used
for everyone.
