selecting Language is different between FF and Chrome
while the result of clicking them seems to be the same, the Language selection
element in FF is centered with a non-Latin character, while the in Chrome it is
shown as "Read in another language".

The element identifiers are also different. This causes browser tests failures
for Chrome.
