Short description:
Drop the tree_orig_create_time column which turns out to be redundant. I'm not
sure what the best way to track this is, but basically I merged the required
pre-patch today. It will go to phase0 next thursday and phase2 the thursday
after that(March 25, 2014). This be column must not be dropped until then but
filing a bug now so it doesn't get lost.

What is the change to those tables:
ALTER TABLE /*_*/flow_tree_revision
DROP COLUMN tree_orig_create_time;
