It doesn't seem to break any functionality but the label of the language button
is invalid.
It looks like we didn't cleanup some code when we pushed MobileLanguages to
stable.
A JS exception is thrown after a save in stable only.
Uncaught Error: Template not found: languageSection
This is on the deployment train and has made it out to wikis.
