Intention:
Edit a Babel box that I'd just created.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Babel box using the workaround described in bug 62740.
2. Apply changes.
3. Select the transclusion and click the puzzle icon to edit it again.
4. It looks confusingly different.
Expected Results:
If it can't add the function, then how is it able to edit it? And if it can
edit it, then why can't it add it normally?
