page moves in wikisource (probably specifically those in namespaces like
"Author") to not get registered in Wikidata's job queue and thus items never
updated.
I see entries in runJobs.log for wikisource page moves in the main namespace
having an associated job in wikidata.
I suspect the issue might be with how these namespaces are handled.
