When you go to https://tools.wmflabs.org/croptool/ you get redirected to
mediawiki.org. Click allow and you get:
Internal error
The URI you have requested, http://tools.wmflabs.org/?500, appears to be
non-functional at this time.
Perhaps the webserver has temporarily lost its mind, or the link you've
followed doesn't actually lead somewhere useful?
