Please change default timezone for etwikipedia to Europe/Tallinn (EET/EEST,
+2/+3) and possibly for other Estonian projects.

- agreed, no objections. Therefore I believe the same setting would go for
etwikibooks, etwikisource, etwikiquote and etwiktionary whose small communities
consist of mostly the same contributors that are active on etwikipedia.
