Steps to reproduce:
1.Open a page with VE
2.Insert a small default sized SVG image for example a SVG image with 50x50px
:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Gnome-fs-home.svg
3.Now Save the page
Observed Result:
The image size that appears after saving is much larger (200x200px)
