The moderation message reads: "This topic was hidden by User (Talk | contribs)"
with the user tool links appearing only on hover.
In translations where the username does not appear at the end of the line, this
leaves awkward whitespace.

Probably either disable the show/hide on hover, or not include the user link
toos at all.
