On 2014-Feb-24, `includes/Exception.php' was removed from the core (git
master), and replaced by a set of files under `includes/exception'. See
<https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/115240/>.
On 2014-Mar-24, my attempts to use `repo/maintenance/importInterlang.php' (git
master) threw the following error:
