Steps to reproduce:
1.Go to the media settings of an image
2.Create a slug
3.Try to insert a special character/link/reference in the slug
Observed Result:
It shows an error in the console: Uncaught Error: Offset could not be
translated to a DOM element and offset: 63
Also if it is an inspector it goes all blank
