Intention:
Edit an existing reference
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any article containing an existing citation in Firefox. (I can't
reproduce this in Safari.)
2. Open an existing reference.
3. Look at the "Options" area.
Actual Results:
The icon overlaps with the text. See screenshot.
