I added "root: tools.admin" to /etc/aliases and ran newaliases (old sendmail
habit, with exim a no-op), but the error remains as apparently user_forward
takes precedence over /etc/aliases, so this forward probably needs to be
integrated in modules/toollabs/templates/exim4.conf.erb.
