(Steward comment) Requests can be filed at m:SRP, and are acted on within 24
hours. Due to the added security risk with having this responsibility, the past
issues with this additional right leading to infighting on small wikis in
controversial cases, and the fact that there is only one bureaucrat, I do not
think this is a good idea.
Also, more on-wiki consensus would have to be demonstrated for this change to
take place.
