etc. might not be appropriate for some wikis' main menu, whilst
Special:SpecialPages
might on the other hand be much needed.
Currently one cannot customize the menu at all.
Please offer a way, preferably via LocalSettings.php, rather than a
Mediawiki:Sidebar approach.
