An example is this tiff: http://link.nypl.org/qDh-QFu9Q6GLQ7BlWYI6xwm which has
been uploaded as
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:A_map_of_the_British-plantations_on_the_continent_of_America_-_Stephens_fecit._NYPL465234.tiff.
There are an estimated 20,000 maps released as CC0 and rather than running this
as a customized upload, this would be a good test case to run an XML file
through the GWToolset.
