As I've pointed out here:

I was wondering if the message which is shown at [[Special:ExpandTemplates]]
shouldn't show <nowiki>{{FULLPAGENAME}}</nowiki> instead of
<nowiki>{{PAGENAME}}</nowiki>, since this seems to be the meaning of that box,
as show by this test:
