Both enwiki and frwiki (at least) use {{FULLPAGENAME}} in
[[MediaWiki:newarticletext]], which is unusable, because it is replaced by
“API” in VisualEditor.
So the warnings contain texts like
— “You can also start your new article at Special:Mypage/API.”
