When resources/lib/jquery.ui/themes/default/jquery.ui.theme.css is rewritten,
it fails to prefix some of the urls in that file with the server address.
Specifically the following type of lines:
background: #ffffff/*{bgColorActive}*/
url(images/ui-bg_glass_65_ffffff_1x400.png)/*{bgImgUrlActive}*/
50%/*{bgActiveXPos}*/ 50%/*{bgActiveYPos}*/ repeat-x/*{bgActiveRepeat}*/;
