Currently, the "add / remove maintainers" links in the list of tools at
http://tools.wmflabs.org/ point to
https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:NovaServiceGroup&action=addmember&projectname=tools&servicegroupname=tools.admin
and
https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:NovaServiceGroup&action=deletemember&projectname=tools&servicegroupname=tools.admin
(with tools.admin being a placeholder for the actual tool here). However, both
actions seem to be unrecognized by Extension:OpenStackManager and so list the
whole service group list instead.
The links should point instead to
https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:NovaServiceGroup&action=managemembers&projectname=tools&servicegroupname=local-admin
which is the current working UI for maintainer management.
