My bot/tool needs to access any URL that it gets configured to. But at the
moment it cannot even access it's own lighttp instance. Also wget does not
work:

http://tools.wmflabs.org/drtrigonbot/cgi-bin/sum_cat_disc.py?wiki=de&cat=Ruhrgebiet&period=336
