To backup gallium we need a list of paths we want backed up. Most of gallium
is puppetized so it is not too hard hopefully.
/var/log/zuul (needs compression bug 63935)

/srv/ssd/zuul/git/**/.git/refs/zuul (ref generated by Zuul)
/srv/ , excluding:
/srv/deployment (git deploy target)
/srv/localhost (puppetized)
/srv/ssd (though we want zuul refs above)
