'an "undefined" section' as in bug 63963.
"undefined" is gone and the next heading "特色条目" (which doesn't have an edit
button because it uses <h2></h2> instead of == ==) is placed at its original
position, where there's a pencil nearby. Now the pencil looks like an edit
button of the section "特色条目", but it isn't.
