For example, http://tools.wmflabs.org/hay and
http://tools.wmflabs.org/magnustools should redirect to the URLs with added
slashes and thus to the tools's webservers, but gives "Internal error" instead
at the moment. (This is different from bug #59926 which concerns internal
redirections within a tool's webserver.)
