User uploads file, gets
An unknown error occurred in storage backend "local-swift-eqiad".
File page created normally. image table has all info about image (size,
metadata, sha1, etc). However url to image is 404 (
https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/a/a3/Disqus_logo_official_-_white_on_blue_background.png
):
The resource could not be found.
