Steps to reproduce:
1.Open a page with VE
2.Insert a Cite option like Cite Website/Cite Journal
3.Add some value for a parameter
4.Click on "Add Parameter"
5.Select a parameter
Observed Result:
The cursor instead of moving to the new parameter, stays at the last edited
parameter box
