When I create a new talk page (&action=edit&redlink=1 AND `NAMESPACE` = talk
pages), it should have "&section=new" on the parameter, so I could add the
title to the first conversation thread, instead of having to add h2 markups
(==), which most of the time I and everyone else forget to add.
