Steps to reproduce:
1.Open a page with VE
2.Go to Cite> Website/Book/Newspaper/Journal
3.Observe that, Cite Options dialog does not have "Show Options" button
4.Now open a reference dialog box and Go to Cite>Cite>
Website/Book/Newspaper/Journal
Observed Result:
In this case, there is a "Show Options" button for Cite options
