Template parameter input with one line of text
If I am entering text for a template parameter and then I press enter to start
a new line, the input box remains the same (small) vertical size and the first
line of text disappears. A very small scroll handle appears at the right, but
it is not obvious that this is what it is.
Press enter again to add a third line will enlarge the input box so that both
the second and third lines are visible, and the dark grey scroll handle
disappears (but the light grey slot for it remains. Once it gets to four lines
it starts working as expected.
This input box should expand enough with the first few lines, at least, that no
scrolling is even necessary. By the time it becomes necessary, it should
already be large enough that the scroll handle will be recognizable to users.
